Antonio Santelices Clan

This is the website of the Antonio Santelices Clan that originated from the municipality of Pandan in northern Catanduanes, Philippines. The whole clan now spans up to six generations of descendants of Antonio Santelices, who had ten children and who started the tradition of the family venerating the Holy Face of Jesus - translated into the Bicol dialect as "Banal na Lalawgon ni Jesus."

On Holy Week every year, members of the clan gather in Pandan for the novena (nine days of prayer) in honor of the Holy Face. This prayer has become one of the biggest and most awaited family gathering in Pandan, with members from all generations coming home from the rest of Catanduanes, Metro Manila, other provinces in the Philippines, and from other parts of the globe to reunite and remember the origins of the clan.
